As founder of Doing Good Better, Chadwick Blackwell, Ph.D., brings to his role more than thirty years of experience bettering people's lives in the nonprofit and academic sectors. His mission is to increase the capacities for both the quantity and quality of nonprofit organizations, so they can solve social problems, increase human services, improve education and enhance economic development in communities large and small, now and for years to come.
Mr. Blackwell provided growth advisory services in education, health, the performing arts, and child development. In addition, as a writer, speaker, and educator, Chadwick has held numerous board positions among business, community, and philanthropic organizations.
With his previous focus on research, psychology, science, and improving national education, Chadwick received the National Geographic Award for Science Pedagogy and the Governor's Fellowship award (given to individuals bettering government and society). He holds a Bachelor's in Psychology, a Master's in Education, and a Ph.D. in Psychology.
Mr. Blackwell lives with his family in Virginia, enjoying his life as a dad, and writer.
